• Placing an order through the checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order by email or begin to fulfil it.

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to help you choose. We aim for accuracy, but if a clear error appears (for example, an incorrect price or description) we will contact you before dispatch and reserve the right not to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

• All prices shown are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is collected securely through Shopify’s hosted checkout. We do not store your card details.
• Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order and depend on the shipping method you choose.
• We may update prices and offers at any time. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched daily from our UK warehouse on working days. Delivery timescales and services are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and cancellation

Our returns and cancellation policy is set out on our delivery & returns page and forms part of these terms. In summary:

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
• You have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days under UK consumer rules. Some items (for example, made-to-order or personalised goods) may be excluded.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at megaoutletchester@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
