Are your products genuine branded stock?+
Yes. We buy clearance, overstock and end-of-line stock from recognised brands. Nothing is a copy or a lookalike.
Why are your prices so much lower than the high street?+
Because of how the stock is bought. Clearance and end-of-line lines are bought at a heavy discount and we work on volume rather than margin, so the saving reaches you.
Are the photos on this site the actual product?+
Yes. Product photography and specifications come from the manufacturer, the brand or the verified original listing for that barcode. We do not publish illustrative mock-ups on real listings.
Can I buy in store instead of online?+
Absolutely — the website and the shop share the same stock. Our store is on 2a Sealand Road in Chester.
How do I know an item is in stock?+
Stock levels on this site come live from our till and inventory system, so an item shown as available is available. If a size sells out in store it disappears from the site too.
How do I ask about a specific item?+
Message us on any of our social pages or use the contact page — we answer stock and sizing questions daily.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payment is taken through Shopify's hosted checkout, which handles card details directly. We never see or store your card information.
