Delivery & returns
Outlet prices don't mean fewer rights. Here's exactly how ordering from us works.
Dispatch and UK delivery
Orders are picked from our Chester store and dispatched daily from our UK warehouse of payment clearing (working days). Delivery services, timescales and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, based on the size and weight of your order — large items such as shelving travel on a courier service.
Buy online, see it in store
Everything on this site is stock we hold at 2a Sealand Road, Chester. If you'd rather inspect a large item like shelving before buying, come in and we'll show you the unit built.
Returns and your right to cancel
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving an online order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied, the buyer pays the cost of returning it to us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, message us with your order number and a photo. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights regardless of the discount you paid, and we cover return postage in those cases.
How to cancel or return an order
Email megaoutletchester@gmail.com or call 07531 418528 within 30 days of delivery. You can simply write: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods [item], ordered on [date], order number [number]. Name, address, date.”
Returns address: Peach Sport UK Ltd T/A Mega Outlet Chester, 2a Sealand Road, Chester, CH1 4LD, United Kingdom. Please include your order number in the parcel and get proof of postage — return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied.
