Outlet prices don't mean fewer rights. Here's exactly how ordering from us works.
UK delivery
Orders are picked from our Chester store and shipped across the UK. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, based on the size and weight of your order.
Buy online, see it in store
Everything on this site is stock we hold at 2a Sealand Road, Chester. If you'd rather inspect a large item like shelving before buying, come in and we'll show you the unit built.
Returns and your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receiving an online order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, message us with your order number and a photo. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights regardless of the discount you paid.
